It boasts gorgeous fabrics from the second half of the 19th century with some of the purples still showing their original sheen. The blocks measure 8.5 x 8.5 inches and it has a 2 inch border. The hand quilting is done in a double rod and the binding is a hand applied pink binding. The backing is a clean white cotton backing. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCondition: Near mint. No signs of use. Small area of seam separation as shown in two tan star corners (very minor). Displays beautifully.
