Shaped in a “T” there are drop down panels on the sides and foot to drape the bed with cutouts to accommodate the foot posts. What makes this quilt extra special is the hand embroidery, with pulled work, in the side and foot panels. The flower motif has been backed with matching pink cotton on the inside to shine through the eyelets of the pulled work. Truly beautiful, an example of skilled hand work.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt has two ink inscriptions on the back corner which may be decipherable to a strong eye.
