19th Century Chimney Sweep Antique Quilt, ca 1880. Hand pieced and nicely hand quilted, this antique quilt is freshly cleaned. Some residual marks and some over all toning due to age remain. A beautiful mix of browns, tans and different blues present within the blocks and note the top edge of red printed on white fabric “H” above the blue floral block at center, a lovely little detail. Some browns have thinned, as well as orange plaid at bottom edge, but the quilt remains sturdy. 

Medium weight, thin, drapey
