19th Century Patchwork Quilt

A classic block pattern which has been hand pieced and then hand quilted. This is freshly soaked and some toning, especially at the edges remains. The border, all the way around is tattered from age and use. It is full of gorgeous prints which are combined in many charming blocks. It has various residual marks and blips. The backing is a great black and pink stripe print.
