Antique Cotton Crazy Quilt c1890

Hand stitched and embellished with embroidery styles indicative of this era and style. It is wonderfully scrappy and has a unique, half triangle border in pink and blue. It is constructed of mostly cottons with just a few silks worked in, this is a study in color and print! The backing is a stunning indigo and white stripe with leaves which is in perfect condition. Condition: Good. Some thinning and shred to the dark silks, minimal. A few dark marks in places from age and storage. Overall wonderful, displays beautifully. 

Weight: Thin to no batting, summer weight
