Antique Flying Geese Quilt c1880

Hand pieced and hand quilted in a Flying Geese Pattern. The hand quilting is done in a chevron throughout. The binding is applied by hand and the backing a soft, pale tan.

Freshly washed

Condition: Fair. Freshly washed. Some scattered marks remain (one white mark as shown). General wear from age- worn binding edge and thinning to some of the triangles

Weight: Light, soft
