Antique Hand Tied Indigo Blue Patchwork Comforter Quilt

A study in fabrics!  Truly unique, this all- cotton patchwork quilt is comprised of many different weaves and prints in Indigo blues and a variety of other colors. It is almost monochromatic. It's pieced by machine stitching and then hand tied with string. The binding is a fold over, hand stitched binding. There are several unusual Indigo prints included. This is a great piece for study.

Condition: Very good. Two patches at the center have been mended (patched) and the rest is in excellent condition with a few faint marks here or there. One pale blotch on backing. 

Weight: Comforter weight, medium loft 

Measures: 59 x 71 inches
