Antique Indigo and White Bear Paw Quilt c1900

The ultimate summer quilt, this super lightweight, antique quilt is made with the thinnest layer of batting so that it lies thin as a sheet. Classic White and blue in a beloved Bear Paw Block (circa 1890-1900), this quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted. The binding, a pale blue, likely added at a later date.

Freshly hand washed and air dried.

Condition: Good. Some very small residual stains after washing. One small mend, about the size of a silver dollar on a top right paw. 

Weight: light, very thin and drapey, summer weight
