Antique Red & White Irish Chain Quilt

Hand pieced and hand quilted, with provenance. This Irish Chain quilt out of Yarmouth Port, MA is quilted in a mix of crosshatch and floral motifs. It makes a bold statement in a two-tone red and white palette and boasts a white piping inset in the hand applied, red binding.

Condition: Excellent. Freshly hand washed, some residual yellowing remains in a few areas (very faint). There are one or two thinned patches of red.
