Blue and White Hole in The Barn Door c1890

Hand pieced and hand quilted in a classic indigo blue and white. It has a hand applied, white binding. The quilting is done in a mix of double rod and (border and blocks) and cross hatch (setting). It has a block that was damaged and has been mended (make-do) several times. 

Condition: Fair. Clean, washed. One block with surface damage that was repaired a several times including a patch. 

Weight: Thin, drapey, summer weight

Measures: 74 x 74 inches
