Blue and White Vintage Patchwork Quilt ca 1940

A wonderful, softened, patchwork quilt circa 1940 in a Spider Web pattern. Some of the piecing is done by hand (joining of the blocks) and the majority done by sewing machine. It is hand quilted. As you can see some of blue fabric has faded due to fugitive dyes and so we are left with this marvelous watercolor effect. There is one small seam separation and a few, light tan smudges. The backing and binding is white.
