Early 19th Century 9 Patch Antique Quilt

From my private collection, this gorgeous, Nine Patch, hand stitched quilt boasts TONS of incredible early fabrics. Note the Prussian Blues and early block prints. The bottom edge has New England style corners with notches to accommodate a poster bed with carefully hand-bound edges. All four sides have the quilt top wrap to the back to bind, the notches are bound separately. There is some wear to the tan fabric on 3 blocks but otherwise this quilt is in stunning condition. It is hand quilted with both white and brown thread. 

A collector's quilt, a great piece for study and a beautiful addition to your collection.
