An incredible piece. This hand pieced and hand quilted Rolling Stone Quilt was likely made in the mid 1800s and has been well kept. There are gorgeous examples of early dyes including a rare checkered cheddar orange print. The colors and vibrant and rich, the patterns just beautiful. A great piece to pour over. There are some scattered, age related marks and some fabric thinning here or there. Overall good condition. This is a beautiful collection piece.
