Grandmother's Midnight Garden Vintage Quilt, ca 1950

Freshly washed, dye transfer from the black has created an overall smoky look to the yellows. Hand pieced and hand quilted, some feed sack cloth and other scraps. The bold black flowers are thinning in areas and the orange binding is frayed. The back is a bright, clementine orange.
