Red and White Antique Quilt c1920

A beautiful, handmade antique quilt in a classic red and white motif with both hand piecing and hand quilting. Freshly washed, there is some residual yellow in a few places on the front, very faint, and some tan marks on the backing at the edge, with some overall toning to one side of the backing from storage. 

Overall it is bright and beautiful, great for a bed. The binding has some fray and wear to it. 

The hand quilting is expertly done and the white blocks boast wreath motifs.
