Rare piece! Fabulous, unfinished Quilt Top made from sample book swatches. Some of the original glue that held the swatches to the paper page is still attached to the backs of some swatches.
Amazing condition. It's a mix of machine and hand piecing. There are some paper bits still stuck to the backs of some of the swatches. Beautiful array of period fabrics, mourning prints, tons of amazing swatches of neons (florals, seaweed, vermicular), mixed with shirting. This is in excellent condition with only two yellowed areas.
