Antique Hole the Barn Patchwork Quilt c1900

A gorgeous, simple and classic patchwork quilt, hand pieced using the best kind of shirting and prints with tons of indigos and other blues. Hand quilted in a Baptist fan, it is soft and drapey. There is an original, hand mend in the feed cloth backing. 

Condition: Very Good. Freshly washed. Some minor wear to the binding, one small thinned corner on front block at seam, about half an inch wide. Soft and lovely. 

Weight: Thin batting, light to medium weight 

Measures 65 x 73 inches
