Vintage Crosses Quilt 

Freshly hand washed. A lovely handmade quilt ca 1920. It is completely hand pieced and hand quilted with a machine binding. Lots of wonderful checks and plaid on this Crosses quilt. It has been soaked with mild soap and air dried. Some marks remain. There are some grayish marks along the edges and the backing (they read like an older ink or oil stain). Notice the small strip of red dotted fabric on the bottom edge. This is a wonderful, soft quilt with gentle prints and colors. Stamped with inked initials at corner. 

Medium weight, softened
