Vintage Double Wedding Ring Quilt with Prairie Points c1930

A stunning double wedding ring quilt with tiny little prairie points along all edges. The hand work is accomplished with careful hand quilting throughout. The rings are hand pieced and hand set and the edges are done in a knife edge with the small prairie points. It likely has not been used, or was saved for Sunday best. No signs of wear. A wonderful collector’s piece.

Condition: Excellent, mint condition. Overall patina, slight yellow to the cream/white cotton from age. Small gray smudge and a few rust marks from tiny tacs used to display at some point. Crisp and lovely.
