Vintage Fans Quilt, ca 1930

A sweet, well-loved vintage quilt in a Fans block. The Fans are all hand stitched and the blocks are joined by hand stitching, set into the border by machine. It is completely hand quilted, with small lovely stitching and has a great quilt feel. Almost all of the Fans show their age, many with some small form of fabric loss. They are a scrappy mix if sack cloth, shirting and other cottons. This is washed and air dried, in good condition and plenty sturdy in its main body. 

Thin, medium weight 

Freshly cleaned and air dried. 

Measures 75 x 75
