This floral applique piece is the second floral applique of the pair offered. It is hand embroidered with the quiltmaker's initials and the date 1944. It has faded significantly compared to its partner and has a decent amount of speckle and toning. The edges are bound in faded green. Hand washed and ironed. 

Condition: It has faded significantly compared to its partner and has a decent amount of speckle and toning, especially along the center folds and one major corner. 

Weight: Single layer coverlet, no quilting, no batting.
