Vintage Hand Stitched Album Coverlet c1950 (B)

This is the second of two album coverlets, a sort of pair, being offered. It is completely stitched( possibly from a kit) from the mid 1900s and is beautifully made. It has been carefully stored, and recently aired and pressed. The colors are vibrant and bold. It lies flat and the large size lends itself well to a bigger bed. The edges are nicely finished in a scalloped trim. 

Condition: Excellent. Some minor yellowing.

Weight: Single layer coverlet, no quilting, no batting.
