Vintage Triangle Quilt

This is a beautiful, late 1800s quilt top with a zigzag edge, left and right, which was finished later, likely around 1930 judging by the floral backing. This quilt is hand pieced and later, hand quilted on the diagonal. It is cotton batted and has a knife edge done by machine stitching. It is in great condition, it displays very well with bold color and pattern combinations that really vibrate. There are lots of amazing print pairings, note the bold florals and shirting combos. No signs of use, bright and clean. 

Medium to heavy weight, bit of puff due to the amount of cotton batting used. 

Measures 75 x 87”
