Vintage Whole Cloth Floral Bouquet Comforter Quilt, ca 1950

An American piece with European countryside vibes! Handmade, whole cloth quilt in great condition. It has a quirky construction: A beautiful, deep purple, floral bark cloth front which has been stitched and bound to a machine quilted comforter as backing. The comforter is a lovely floral stripe. It's in great condition and has a whimsical, European flavor.
